I tried resetting everything in the Maxon App, which gave me hope as it showed a bunch of green circled check marks to the right of each item in the suite (instead of the gray ones that it showed previously-also when I hover over each green check mark it says "Perpetual License"), but when when I click "Install" > "Latest Version", it tells me I don't own a license to this entire suite. Now I have no idea how to start using my license.
